Role Overview:
The Inside Sales Specialist will play a pivotal role in expanding our B2B client base, targeting new enterprise opportunities, and driving our mission forward. This role is rich with growth potential, and we are seeking a candidate with the spark and passion to redefine the AI learning landscape with us.
Key Responsibilities:
Pipeline Development:
- Calling on Marketing Generated Leads (MGLs) and Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for identifying potential business opportunitues for Analytics Vidhya’s enterprise products and services.
- Construct a robust sales pipeline for targeted regions and B2B accounts .
- Proactively source new sales opportunities through outbound leads.
- Maintain close alignment with stakeholders on account progression including the Field Sales teams and Business Head.
Research & Engagement:
- Investigate accounts and identify potential stakeholders based on industry trends.
- Ensure leads are well qualified, pinpointing correct decision-makers and stakeholders and capturing their requirements and needs.
- Set up both in-person and virtual meetings with potential clients with the Field Sales representatives.
Customer Interaction:
- Serve as a trusted advisor of Analytics Vidhya’s brand to early-stage clients, offering them a positive engagement experience.
- Conduct persuasive product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams - from our partner ecosystem to marketing and customer enablement - ensuring cohesive services and support.
- Liaise with marketing to synchronize sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
- Regularly track, document, and report sales activities and progress using CRM software.
Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated on industry shifts, the competitive landscape, and product enhancements.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales in the IT industry, edtech, SAAS platforms or cloud based offeringgs with a focus on international markets.
- Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
- Masters in Business Administration (preferred).
- Mastery in conversational skills for phone-based and virtual client engagement.
- Strong experience with CRM software.
- Previous experience in the EdTech industry is a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously, coupled with excellent collaboration skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A proactive attitude, dynamic approach, and eagerness to drive results.
- Familiarity with analytics, cloud technologies, big data, and AI is a plus .
