Role Overview:
The Account Manager - Inside Sales will play a pivotal role in expanding our overall B2B business, targeting new enterprise opportunities, and driving our business growth. This role is rich with massive growth potential, and we are seeking candidates with the spark and passion to redefine the AI learning landscape for enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Pipeline Development:
- Identifying Enterprise Leads for potential business opportunities for Analytics Vidhya’s enterprise products and services.
- Construct a robust sales pipeline for targeted regions and B2B accounts.
- Close deals with quarterly targets.
- Proactively source new sales opportunities through different channels and sources.
- Maintain close alignment with internal stakeholders on deal progression and closure.
Background Research & Engagement:
- Investigate and research enterprise accounts and identify potential stakeholders based on industry trends.
- Ensure leads are well qualified, pinpointing correct decision-makers and stakeholders and capturing their requirements and needs.
- Set up both in-person and virtual meetings with potential clients.
Customer Engagement:
- Serve as a trusted advisor of the Analytics Vidhya brand to early-stage enterprise clients, offering them a positive engagement experience.
- Size up the deal and opportunity quickly in terms of value and closure using BANT framework.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams - from marketing to delivery - ensuring cohesive services and support.
- Liaise with marketing to synchronize sales efforts with B2B marketing campaigns.
- Regularly track, document, and report all daily/weekly/monthly sales activities and progress using CRM software.
Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated on industry shifts, the competitive landscape, and product enhancements.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in business development/sales/consultative selling.
- Mastery in conversational skills for phone-based and virtual client engagements.
- Strong experience with CRM software.
- Ability to work autonomously, coupled with excellent collaboration skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A proactive attitude, ownership driven dynamic approach, and eagerness to drive results.
