About the Role
We are looking for an CS Intern to perform Customer Success Team daily activities.
CS Intern responsibilities include updating our customer records with new enrolled users information, maintain scheduling of mentorship sessions, Interacting customers and help to adapt in the environment of learning. If you’re interested in kickstarting your career in Customer Success and getting a closer look of how our company approaches customer, acquire and help them take a leap in there career, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you will assist in coordinating with different teams and help us make our customer experience more effectively.
